Dr Geldart graduated from University College Hospital and Middlesex Hospital School of Medicine, London in 1993. Dr Geldart then trained in Medical Oncology in New Zealand and University Hospital Southampton.
He also undertook postgraduate academic research in immunotherapy as a Cancer Research UK Clinical Fellow before moving to Dorset as a Consultant in 2007.
