Mr Rittoo is a highly experienced Consultant Vascular Surgeon and a Medical Examiner at University Hospitals Dorset. He graduated from the University of Manchester and completed his surgical training in both Manchester and Birmingham. Since his appointment as a consultant in Bournemouth in 2006, he has established a strong reputation in the field of vascular surgery.
Mr Rittoo has received prestigious accolades for his research presentations, including the IASACO Prize and the Intensive Care Society Prize. He has authored over 29 scientific papers published in leading peer-reviewed journals and remains actively involved in medical education and research.
He offers a specialist tertiary referral service for the management of thoracic outlet syndrome and has a particular interest in modern, minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins and venous ulcers.
